General Information

The Institute of Communal and Welfare Workers (ICWW) was founded in 1997 as a center of education, information and analytical work in the domain of Jewish charity and community building in Belarus.

Mission

Our Mission is to increase the professional level of the Jewish organizations staff. We support the management system development and the communal initiatives with the purpose of strengthening the Jewish community of Belarus.
