They have even been implemented in different countries, but… But there has been one element that united all the projects; this is a usual wheel: a wheel of a bus or a car, a wheel of a bike and a wheel of a barrow for waste removal, a wheel of a train or undercarriage.

15.11.2006  25-40 gauge in action
The combination of two numbers sounds somewhat soldierly and would make an excellent name for a club of retired military, resuscitating past acts of bravery and trench camaraderie. Hopefully, this was not the case though the name sticks perfectly to the social venue launched by Minsk Beit Hillel offering everyone a rare opportunity to have a comprehensive look back to the Nineties when it all started: first madrihim, religious revival, new Jewish organizations. It was a club all right if only for one night: Kosher wine, Vietnamese food, jazz and klezmer music.
