Daycare camp “Shemesh”
 In July the Jewish Community Center “Emunah” and the Jewish Family Outreach Service organized a daycare camp “Shemesh” in the Minsk Jewish Campus. The camp united children of 7–14 years old. For children from `families–at–risk' this is the only possibility to have a good summer rest. There were lots of different activities for kids during the day: painting and computer facilities, games with madrichim on Jewish traditions and history studies, visits to cinemas and parks. Children met members of junior hockey team from Israel. Language barrier wasn't an obstacle. Kids hit it off right from the start. And, of course, “Culmination” of the week was celebration of Shabbath. 27.07.2009
